Findlay Acura was just what we needed. We were in need of another vehicle and they fit the bill. They were extremely professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our salesman Kyle Shirley is certainly an asset to this business he helped us tremendously and even took the time after the sell to help us set up Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay as well. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. I was in and out in 1 1'2 hours. That's pretty good, in my book. I've waited at other places up to three hours. I'll make an appointment next time!

We have purchased 2 RDX’s and have had service performed on these vehicles by Findlay Acura for over 8 years. The service team is exceptional starting with the service advisor and onto the service technicians. They have gone out of their way to insure that our car is in excellent operating condition and that all services are performed on a timely basis. We would never take our vehicle anywhere else for service.

I brought in my 2018 TLX as the transmission was not operating correctly. It was found to be faulty. Needed to be replaced. The Acura Team was able to help me with the replacement of my transmission at about 70% discount. I am a loyal Acura buyer. I will continue as they are able to make this happen. So far, so good. This is the 2nd Acura we've owned. Our most recent was purchased last year and we've taken it here twice. Received estimates on work along with priority list in terms of the work that needs to be done. Like the flexibility to schedule online and that the rep (worked with Derik Justice this last time) also sends text updates.
If you’re in the market for a new or used car Findlay Acura in Henderson is the place for you. Our sales rep Kyle was friendly and knowledgeable and the sales manager Eddie was amazing. I’ve purchased many cars over the years and have never received this level of customer service. Will be recommending Findlay Acura of Henderson to all my friends and family.

I live in Chicago and Findlay had the trim package I wanted on the 2023 mdx, that I couldn’t find in my area. I had already planned a long weekend in vegas and so I guess you could say I won in vegas! Andrew Chan made the deal easy and I can’t thank him and the team at Findlay enough.
